Making Ricotta Cheesecake and other things

So, this is the first ricotta cheesecake that I've ever made. Poured a little off to be able to try some before taking it to a potluck for work tomorrow. It's interesting since it has no crust, no topping, and flour was added to the body of the cheesecake. Tastes good now. We'll see how it goes over tomorrow at work.
Oh, and in other news, Cindy is moving into her own place soon.
