But lately, I've found that if I'm in a rather down mood, especially in the morning, I check to see if I've eaten yet. If the answer is no, I make sure to have a goodly amount of protein and carbs. It seems that a package of peanut-butter crackers isn't enough. The best times are when I can share this food with cindygerb.
I'm not quite sure when this started but I only noticed it about 2–3 weeks ago. I don't know what caused this biochemical change in my body but it's nice to have something that I can check and can change to affect my moods. Metaprogramming is quite useful but the effects are definitely subtle. Having something blatant is rather nice for a change.
